Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your apparel purchase. If something is not quite right, we offer a straightforward 14 day return and exchange policy.

• Eligibility: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

• Item Condition: All clothing items, such as trousers, must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

• Process: To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number.

• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the courier charges when returning items to our Lahore location, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method in PKR.
